End of Transition Period from January 2022
National Generic Authorizations for Drone Operations (UAS) expires on January, 1st ,2022. To comply with the legal framework beyond this date, we invite you to :
- Register as a UAS Operator on MyGuichet;
- Check that you have the necessary qualification(s) for your operations;
- Check geographical area restrictions before each flight;
- Check that your drone operations insurance is valid.
Please note that the rules governing drone operations to which you will be subject as from January, 1st 2022 onwards will be different from those laid down in the national legal framework governing Generic Authorizations. For more information please visit our dedicated section.
