Licenses

The taxes and fees for licenses, certificates and attestations issued by the Licensing Department, as well as for the certification and supervision of training organizations and simulators are defined in the Grand-Ducal Regulation of August 1, 2018 establishing the collection of taxes. and fees relating to the licensing, ratings and recognition of licenses for aircraft flight crew and aircraft maintenance personnel.

Airworthiness and Air Operations

The taxes and fees are calculated on the basis of the Grand-Ducal regulation of 19 November 2019 establishing the collection of taxes and fees relating to inspections and technical controls in the field of aircraft airworthiness and flight operations.
