All facilities at Luxembourg Airport are wheelchair accessible (special toilets, lifts,...). Security checks are important and mandatory for all persons. Neither persons with reduced mobility, nor disabled persons, nor their medical or mobility equipment can be exempted from these controls. A qualified agent will accompany them during all the formalities to be carried out before the flight.
It is also the responsibility of the airport (lux-Airport for Luxembourg Airport) to transport disabled or reduced-mobility persons to their seat on the plane. The airline will only be responsible once you have taken your seat on the plane. The same principle applies to disembarkation.
When you have pre-notified your need for assistance, you will be pre-boarded before other passengers, to allow you the space and time necessary for a smooth boarding and seating. You will be taken individually to the aircraft and assisted to your seat.
