For organisational reasons and to guarantee disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility a quality service adapted to their needs, it is strongly advised to inform lux-Airport or the airline about these specific needs as precisely as possible, and at least 48 hours before the flight. If such notification is not given, you risk exposing yourself to difficult situations since airport staff will not prepared to accommodate you.
If you are travelling with a wheelchair, you need to:
- inform the airline; and
- provide to the airline precise information on:
- the type of wheelchair (folding or not, manual or electric) and
- the dimensions in the folded position (length x width x height) and
- the exact weight
at least 48 hours before the flight.
