The effectiveness of aviation safety depends very closely on the attitude and behavior of all those involved. This aspect is what is called "the safety culture". Everyone's contribution, in particular through the reporting of events and risks identified, is essential. The Safety Department ensures that the safety culture is promoted and maintained.
Despite the best intentions, unintentional deviations from the regulations can occur. It is therefore important that the DAC, as the supervisory authority, assesses these deviations, taking into account the attitude of individuals and organizations towards the essential objective of maintaining safety.
