The Directorate of civil aviation informs that all activities of the approved training organisation Luxembourg Flight Training Academy LFTA (LU.ATO.0001) have been suspended as of 10th of December 2025, until further notice. 

Update of the 12.01.2026 :

The previously pronounced suspension of LFTA has been partially lifted in order to once again authorise:

  • theoretical courses for private pilot licences (PPL) and airline transport pilot licences (ATPL);
  • recommendations of ATPL students in view of taking theoretical examinations at DAC.

 

These activities are authorised exclusively for courses already started by students currently enrolled with LFTA.

All other activities remain suspended.
