The aim of this Air Safety Bulletin is to inform all aviation stakeholders about a clearly identified risk and provide recommended actions, which are considered reasonably practicable for all involved actors.
This ASB issue touches the observance of an increasing number of airspace infringements into a TSA - Temporary Segregated Area – (ELTSA06 / ELTSA07), all committed by light aircraft on VFR flights, and which have been reported to the Directorate of Civil Aviation of Luxembourg (DAC).
