As part of the National Day celebrations on 23 June and in preparation for them, the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works has issued a ban on all flights by drones and aircraft operating under visual flight rules on the following dates and in the following airspace:
- on 19 June 2023 for a period of 3 hours and on 23 June 2023 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the CTR (control zone) of Luxembourg airport and in "WEST" airspace;
- on 22 June from 2 p.m. and all day on 23 June 2023 in the "CITY" airspace of the centre of the City of Luxembourg.
