The taxes and fees for licenses, certificates and attestations issued by the License Department, as well as taxes and fees for the certification and supervision of training organizations and simulators are defined in the Grand-Ducal Regulation of August 1, 2018 establishing the collection of taxes and fees relating to the licenses, ratings and recognition of licenses of aircraft flight crews and aircraft maintenance personnel (available only in French).
